You have to create an ability of type behaviour. There, you set the flag "Toggle" to true and select behaviour A. Create two buttons (on and of) and add the to the "Command" field and teh command card of your unit. Behaviour A has a periodic effect that is of type "Search Area" that calles another effect of type "Apply Behaviour". The letter applies behaviour B which is the actual buff. Make behaviour B last for one second and behaviour A apply it every one second and you are done.
Hi everyone,
I want to publish a map I newly created on US servers but I only have an EU account. It is called "Critter Civilizations" and is currently in alpha stage. I need it to be on US servers to get testresults from more players so I can finish balancing and produce a retail version.
In the data editor go to the units tab, edit the field Unit - Flags an check "Unselectable" and "Untargetable". You also have to remove the footprint if the unit has one. Set the value of Movement - Inner Radius to "0" and voila.
Thats probably the best way now. If you want to prevent certain aspects of fidgitting, go to the units tab in the data editor and edit the field UI - Fidget +. In the chance array you can set the chance of the corresponding events. For example, set the value for "Turn" to "0" and your unit will never ever turn again.
Hi guys, I wonder if it is possible th suppress experience gain from unit kills temporarily. I basically want to suppress it in certain areas of my map.
I tried adding a behavior to the unit that disables the veterancy behavior, this just hides the experience bar for the time but the unit still gains experience...
Edit: Tried to modify fraction of veterancy behaviour by upgrades. Doesn't work.
I hope someone can help with this,
thanks in advance...
Now my most important quenstion, can you change the layout for one player and keep it for the others? I didn't get if since we are changing the default layout, can there be another one?

Found a bug:
Variable - Set Code = (<Starcode> Encrypt String((<Starcode> Compress String((<Starcode> Get Code()))), "key"))
If you nest the encrypt and the compress function, the result is screwed up.

Increase bank size. 8kb is just not enough!
Nevermind, looks like they changed that already.

Make everything zero-based in the trigger editor so you can actually use modulo again...

You could as well just press Ctrl +F9 in the editor or hit the nice "Test Document" button at the top of the window.

Check out the project workspace here.
Does anybody want to publish it for me on US?

When I start my custom map, I only see the ending credits from the campaign. How is this possible???

I am still using the trigger editor (oO) so this doesn't really help me. Thanks anyway.

It seems nobody can solve this. That's strange since this would happen in every custom map and therefore post quite a threat to gameplay mechanics...
