For me Ringu came closest to actually scaring me. I haven't seen a lot of horror films because I've had the feeling most of them would rely too much on boo-effects. So far my list of films I can remember is limited to Halloween, Scream, The Shining (Stanley Kubrick version), Ringu, Jaws, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Psycho (Alfred Hitchcock version), the Birds, Alien, Saw and Shaun of the Dead of which my favorites would be The Shining and Alien.
The series is probably really awesome and all that, but I do feel a little bit... 'sexually strange' with the fact that the My Little Pony topic on our Starcraft forum has 6 topics while threads such as those about 'Real Life', 'Starcrafting on Minecraft', 'Music' and 'Casting Starcraft' struggle to break two pages.
I was like...lol, this show looks so stupid...Then I watched it somehow and am now an avid fan. :S I love Fluttershine<3
That seems to be the case for a lot of people. To be fair I started using an avatar based on the show just to see the reactions, but then I decided to watch a few episodes and liked them, mostly because of the characterization and humor (which might not be for everyone). I've only seen a few of them yet though simply due to a lack of time (college and stuff). :)
Oh im sure you are more than taltented enough to make Uncle Desmond look and feel real :D.
How old are you???????
Lets just say that my age and modeling skills sadly don't match up. xD
All I could do yet is model a rabbit character from the show. It's a pretty simple model, especially compared to the more complex designs for a game like starcraft 2.
I don't have any clear images of the rabbit, but it's in the first few minutes of the last episode... sorry, but I can't think of a better example. :c
Thats really cool, you think you could make an Uncle desmond MLP character in high poly??? I think with your creative experience and dedication to MLPPPC you would have the touch that this character needs to be REAL!!!
Is that the model you guys have started making??? or you want me to make that one??
I say give it a try. :p
Edit: The current model I've been working on isn't for a map. It would be way too high-poly and for maps I prefer to see something not based on anything with a totally different style. It was just a practice to get a hang of the tools in 3ds max and an attempt to try some animating. ^^
Just curious, but how's that pony model of yours currently doing Pyritie? :)
Haven't been able to continue working on Angel, but that was just some practice to get into character modeling. Perhaps I'll eventually be able to do some starcraft 2 resources as well.
Although you may like Gorandors replacement avatar xD
I was actually considering replacing my avatar with the replacement version, but for the sake of consistency I'll go with something more recognizable and fitting with the thread. :P

@LaertesSC2: Go
Is that an 'Oh my god yes!' or an 'Oh my god no!'?

I guess you could say we had a party. :p

Noticed they used the different look for heads on male characters. Personally I'm preferring the female character designs though.

Was just about to post the Ponycraft video, but I see Wherewolf was too fast for me.
Now put those hooves on the ground and obey the herd!
