So I can't send a message through transmissions because its bugged and only shows the portrait. So I send text messages instead. But they look unappealing and don't register in the message log (top UI). In the campaigns I see grayish text boxes more at the bottom & seem them in a few maps around here. Anyone know what trigger that is or better ways to narrate?
Pro gamers are exciting themselves. But the concept of melee match after melee match, so boring.
Campaigns can be designed to be competitive. There is even a perfect Libery mission, SMASH and GRAB (where terran and zerg racing to get the protoss's artifact) could easily be redesigned to be a 1v1 to reach the Protoss relic first.
ara is correct nydus worms were planned to be movers underground
I remember one of the first sc2 game plays showing a nydus worming moving under terran supply depot wall and then destroying the terran with banelings lol
thanks for pointing this out, will find a use for this cutie eventually, especially with HoTS when zerg gets sexified and us mappers will actually want to do things with zerg.
If you recall Zeratul's campaign with the preservers, Maar was the evil hybrid. Anyways he has an animation that plays on his birth or powerup or something like that, basically its energy surrounding him in a cyclinder. Any idea's how to play this at will?
2.pathing radius/collide (maybe could have a smaller weaker hero, but his advantage is he could explore tiny nooks others cant for items or powers)
3.additional attack bonus figures (can really make it complex, to have one hero that specializes in taking out another type of hero, must spend time on flags too)
4.vital (health,energy and shield) leech and boost from attacks and abilties (careful with this one, very overpowered and no one likes playing unbalanced game)
1 player map where you control one little unit (must be cute, maybe an animal/critter?) and help your numerous struggling ally players fight off one super powerful tyrant player
you help your allies by finding tons of resource pickups throughout the map and by using things against tyrant player forces, the little unit will be fragile and must avoid direct combat, but can win the game through collecting, boosting allies morale (which makes them spawn more random units) and by super repairing.
little unit is like the worker we all wish we could have on our side!
would be a cute and awesome game!

yup place your water squares then select edit water below where you can pick what planet's water you want usually 1-8 height works for normal terrain
where you want the water, terrain should be lowered as well

some of the animations you wanted are under play animation
also try the load and unload animation actions
anything else is beyond me lol,

yes just get minimap ping to the model, you can even face it in the direction you want and keep it on the mini map for as long as you want
action > ping > create ping with facing
then select model and duration if you want it to last all game then if you intend for you map to last 20 mins then 1200 duration

So I am creating a unit called the Juggernaut. He is based on merc marine war pig and he must have a shield cuz hes the JUGGERNAUT :P
Anyways how do I add a restricted ability?
Things i've done:
1.add dependencies
2.fart around aimlessly in data editor looking to uncheck one stupid box somewhere so I can use combat shield
3.tried this trigger: tech tree; add 1 combat shield; player 1
