Great model but I think you should redo the texture on the gloves and boots, looks a bit low res compared to the footman and grunt, also the "shorts" xD
Interested in forming a Warcraft 1-3 Campaign remake team? ^^
I worked on Wc3 Maps for about 7 years but never really released one because I always started them again and again, some were ringwars style and some wow rpg, never made it to a gold version because of the sc2 release There was only one really embarrassing first Middle-earth Third Age map (veeery early..) that has been released^^
Some work on an Wc2Orc I did. there are some errors in the highpoly mesh but they wohn't matter in the normal map
etc.
Still have to figure out how to get a good diffuse out of mudbox. While texturing in mudbox it looks quite good but when
exported to photoshop it becomes a bit crappy, because the shaders and lightin are improving the mudbox texture.
Going to improve the diffuse with an ambient occlusion layer I think...
You could always start internships, make a little campaign or map and send it to some companies, just ask for an internship an maybe they offer it to you.
uhm, for mapping you can use your local mod file on your hard drive, why not publishing it? you can lock the file, so nobody can steal your ressources. what is the problem (except the "upload your file with fiber or loose-thingy" ) ?
Here they are, those are the finished ones. Maybe need some tweaking on the
specular map but this is a working beta version of my houses.
Plus I resized the cobble morpheus :)

You mean like I already did?

Great model, did you paint the textures or are they taken from the wc3 campaign screen or WoW ?
Keep on creating warcraft models, so we can make a warcraft 1-3 remake series :)

A little bit too much of a delay effect I think.... reduce the delay intervals and it will be nice.

Hey this sounds cool, I have heard of this project before I think, when I was still mapping in Wc3.
I for myself am maybe going to do a remake of Warcraft 2 (and 1 maybe). Does anyone even know, if it is allowed to use the WoW models in a whole mod?!
I dont like the wannabe cartoon style, the original one is FAR better, let the style be like the intro movie of war2, that is what I think fits best.

Please use the search function for such a question, or just read Otixa's sticky.
The problem is your model, it is of the editable_poly type -> it is a polygon model, not a mesh!
rightclick your model, go down to convert to -> editable mesh, voila

Why should it be a Battle.net killer? Use one or more mod files :)

Sounds good, good old games had overpowered bosses, too, and that was it what made them replayable.
