Well in one of the melee maps they use bridge doodads on lower cliff levels just as eye candy. They aren't functional. The only way to create bridges are to edit the doodad footprint in in sc2 they are in 2d. hopefully when the new blizz maps and expansion pack comes out blizzard will release an bridge object.
