    Hello,

    For my map I'm making I made a custom interface. But the information on the hide battle UI frame trigger says: Only Blizzard maps are allowed to hide the battle UI frame. Does this mean that I cant publish my map when I hide it ?

    Can you please tell me how I make only 2 players able to take one race and other 2 players take the other race. So you alwase have 2 players of one race and 2 of the other race.

    The unit that uses the ablity is a structure and so he cant move. Its where he uses the ability that has to be at some regions on the map.

    Hi, the title explanes most of the problem.

    I want the ablity 'set rally point' only be useable on some places in my map. I have a trigger with an event : Unit uses ability (set rally point ) and action that it puts a other trigger ON. That trigger spawns some units. But I cant figgure out how to make sure the player can only use this ability at some spots on the map. I'm not sure it was ether a trigger or data thing, so I'm not sure I put it correctly.

    Any ideas? Thanks infinity2

    I have got most of the triggers working now. You can already send minions and infest villages.

    I will see if I can make a video of the progres when I got all the basicsdone.

    I'm going to change the game a bit.

    The buildings you take over and start with are going to have a number above them. It will go up every 5 seconds by depents on the size of the building(max count is 100) The number is how many pets you got in that building. So when you send them uit that amount will be send to an otehr building in a line. With your hero unit you can sabotage other players lines or power yours. When you want to take over a build of an other player you need to make sure you have a higher number of units in the buldling you are going to send with. And you have to upgarde your pets so you can stay on the same lvl as your enemys.

    Anyone got Ideas on making this project better ? Or you hava a comment or feedback? Just post it under here thanks

    Hello

    I'm not sure where to put this thread so I put it here.

    I have a idea of making a new map, all I want is feedback to know if the idea of the map is worth spending time on. I might not me the first one with this idea and maby there are already maps made like this one. (but not where i'm aware of).

    The idea of the map is simple, you start with a infestation pant and a hero infesation unit. The infestation pant will constantly produce infestation units (small infestors) You have to use your hero infestation unit to send these units to colonist buildings and outposts to infest them. Whe a buidling is infested it will make new infestation units like the infestation pant. Your army will grow and you infestation units will grow stronger. After a wile you have infested a bunch of buildings you will meet other players and thier infestations. The infestation is how you choice it to be, you can upgarde in loads of different ways and have different infestation units and unique units. Some colonist buildings will supply you with more infestation units then others. But some give you unique upgardes and units. The goal is to build up a strong army and wipe out all of the other infested buildings.

    I dont see anything of rotation in the units data ... I did dublicate the auto-turret turret and used it as my towers turret.

    Ye ofc

    Keep in mind I dint spend a lot of time on the map yet. Its all a bit simple now.

    What you are looking for is the ' SCV-tower'

    Please dont use any of the ideas on this map thanks !!

    I took a SCV unit and did the following things with it

    -I gave it the footprint 1 on 1 doodad -I changed hes radius and scale -I used the auto turret for example for flags and other things like combat

    Now when I place it in the game it works perfectly as a structure. But when he enemy unit passes by he cant attack it becouse that unit is out of range. Changing the range of the SCV weapon din't work.

    So I need to find some way to give the SCV the range so he can attack.
