I had an idea for a short film / film. And I may start writing the script / screenplay for it soon. Its about a man who's lived in a studio apartment alone for about a year, and the studio apartment next to him went up for rent. Weeks past, and suddenly there is a new person moving in. She is female and the man, friendly as he is, introduces himself to her anew the strike a conversation. The man starts to help her move in when she says no to him helping her. Aggressively, like a hidden aggression, which startles him, but she becomes normal again, and he thinks nothing of it, says farewell and heads back up stairs of his apartment.
Weeks pass and every now and then strange noises come from next door, but she is probably watching a movie or something. Until he hears a strange noise within his apartment. He looks around his apartment, unable to find the thing that created a noise like that, then he walks into the bathroom and notices a figure outside his window. He jumps and yells, the figure disappeared. Confused, the man wonders how did that figure float, considering the apartment is above a garage, and requires stairs to enter it...
Anyway as through story unfolds, things get worse and worse, then something insane happens next door, he hears the woman scream. Not any scream, this one was blood curdling. He sprints down stairs, unlocks his door, knocks on hers, Jo answer. Then another scream sounds, he starts panicking and starts to knock the door down. After a few attempts he succeeds, he races up the stairs, the 2nd door is unlocked, he runs in and he witnesses the next door neighbor floating midair, twisted and mangled, the man throws up and collapses, as he falls so does she.. he blacks out.....
As the man comes too, he realizes he is in a hospital, the neighbours must of heard the commotion and called the police. After the blurryness fades, he notices 2 men in suits standing next to his bed. Worried, the man quickly asks who are you and why am I here? Who are you? One of the men replies, you are suspected for the murder of Ms. Heather Neeves. We found you in her apartment, unconscious on the floor with lacerations to your shoulder. And Ms. Neeves found dead with her limbs intertwined.
After about an hour of the detectives interrogating the man, they now knew what happened and are unable to find any conclusive evidence that he was responsible got her death. After a few more hours in the hospital, the man was sent home with stitches in his shoulder.
Months went past, and nothing happened next door or in his apartment until one day. Someone pulls up next door. The man rushes to the window, and is completely horrified to see Ms. Heather Neeves step out of the car, looking so joyful....
I do it as a hobby, I had an idea for a movie, so i wrote the idea down. I'll post the idea on this site in a little bit.
After i got good feedback from it, i had an idea for writing the script. I started writing it, and at the moment its 16 pages long, people say it gave them goosebumps reading it, because they go so into it.
A Door creaks open. You were fast asleep, now your eyes are wide awake. You quietly look up to see your cupboard door opening slowly. The door still creaks open. You move your leg.. The door stops moving. Everything is silent...... You look towards the cupboard door, and you see the cupboard door opened, not moving anymore. You put your head back down on the pillow, ignore the door. and try to get some sleep... Then, the 2nd Draw in your chest of drawers starts coming out slowly. You look up nervously, and you can clearly see it being pulled out. But don't know how. You quickly move your leg again, and the draw stops...
WHAT WOULD YOU BE THINKING AT THIS POINT?
Nothing happens for 5 Minutes. So you rest your head on your pillow, try and find an excuse for why it's happening...

As you nearly fall asleep, your bedside table top draw starts opening. Really slowly. Panicking, you are frozen. Scared to death... You build up the courage and...

You decided to move home, and moved to an older house in a cheaper area, nothing too fancy. Anyway, a few months go past and you decide to start renovating it and change it around. As you go removing a specific wall, you notice that there was a door behind it. Extremely Unnerved, you open the door up (Which has no handle) and you see it goes down stairs, this is directly under your main staircase. You see it's quite dark down there, so you grab a torch and start going down. Curious, but nervous you continue down the steps. You realize you have gone down at least 50 steps, and cannot see the end of them yet, the door behind you slams shut, you look up and you hear a locking noise. Confused, you sprint back up the stairs and realize the door is locked... It had no handle, how has it locked?! Scared you start to bash the door down. But to no avail. Confused, and scared. You shine the torch back down the stairs, and notice a door, not even 20 steps away. Extremely curious and extremely scared you slowly walk down the stairs, as you come up to the door you notice a light shining through the door. You test the door, it is unlocked...

You suddenly wake up in bed, you check the time. Its 3:15am. You sigh, and lay your head back down and wonder what woke you up. Your pet dog is standing on the floor next to you, with his fur on his back standing on edge and he has a slight growl. The dog is facing the door towards the hallway, the door is slightly open. You hear a slight whisper from the door then the door moves a bit. It opens slowly, the dog backs up a bit more. The door opens all the way up and to your amazement you see nothing there. The dog is terrified. But it will protect you no matter what.
WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
