    I completely agree with everything from the first post. The editor of WC3 was much more simple but you even need to be dead of boredom to make the tool crash. The editor of SC2 allows you to create an entire universe by walking on eggshells and having the risk to fall after every step is done; crashing all the damn time.

    posted a message on Can't do anything with imported models

    Hi people. Well that's it, everytime I try to convert and import a model from another game: the editor crashes. I know some models are corrupted, bugged or may close the tool but in my case every model I try to import shuts down the editor. I even tried with some models which are known to work (like the Peasant model from WC3) but nothing, all the time: StarCraft II has encountered an unexpected DirectX/OpenGL error. This may indicate an issue with an out-of-date videocard driver blah blah blah...

    My graphic card (an Asus GeForce GTX 560 Ti) has its newest drivers. I have reinstalled the whole game three times. And by the way I'm using 3DS Max 2010 and following tutorials like that:

    All the crashes happend a second after the model is imported, no matter which map is open. It's like this software is haunted or something else :S

    Hi. Long time not visiting this forums due to studies :P

    I don't know how is going the progress with TPS/FPS systems.. and I was wondering... Are there any lagless or lagfree WASD systems by now? I just ask this because of the new patches launched few days ago. It is finally solved the latency problem? :) Thanks.

    PS: In negative case. Could you post the link to the post of the most lagless WASD system, please?

    Thanks, but I'm doing a cinematic.. in my case it isn't necessary. Also, I'm using an Hyperon History Mode Unit (more like a doodad).

    Problem solved :) In flags panel (Unit) I have marked the unit as a Burrowed Unit. Now any units can go across it. Anyway thanks to all.

    Thanks but it didn't work :( I uncheked the "ground" value of the unit (Collide)... but it still can't be crossed by other units :(

    PS: Also I tried what you said about the "Land - Unused 09" and didn't work too...

    Thanks but... I'm doing a First Person Shooter multiplayer map. I have done the system and all... the problem is that I need to make invisible the main unit of every player (I'm using sprites for the weapons) but only for the owning player. I mean, the controled unit of a player have to be invisible but only for its player. Anyways, thanks.
