    Okay! Thank you so much!

    Yeah, I noticed her animations seemed...off, to say the least, when I was testing her out in my one player with WASD/mouselook. I was like hmmmm her animations seem...warped. Wasn't sure.

    Thanks again for the hard work! :)

    Hmm. I want a Kerrigan model :( :(.

    You said the animations were wonky, is it hard to have it follow the same animations of Nova? Or does that all have to be done manually?

    I'll start working on a skin, I'll go for something like the one above but darker hair and maybe teal instead of blue tc.

    This would be epic, sir. I would actually bow down to you in utter respect.

    If someone finishes a model of Kerrigan, would they be willing to post it up on mapster? Some of us don't have the editors/ know-how to create Kerrigan :(

    So will anyone help me? I really have no idea how to change the "custom value" nor what the custom value is. So what is the custom value and how the hell do I edit it?

    The trigger for it is already in the engine, look through it: I think it's in "Variables". It says Unit-Set Custom Value from 0 to such a number, which you can modify depending on it's height in relation to the character.

    If we download this, is this just the engine? Like if we would like to give it a test run in our own game, but want 3rd person WASD mouselook, we can import the engine? Or is the rest of the data there as well for the WoW style play, and we have to edit that out?

    I'm sorry to say I have no solution to flying units (also, I personally dislike flying units). Perhaps you can hardcode in some height values in the Traceline function.

    Ah, I got how the control scheme works, Martin. Thanks a bunch!!:)

    I have a secondary question: I was using a Ghost as the main character unit, and that works fine. However, when I try and use a character like Nova, the unit animation gets extremely choppy. What should I play around with, if anything, to make the movement much smoother?

    My appologies for the triple post, but this is neccesary. You may only attack units from team 15. My map never had any problems, I was simply trying to attack units from team 2 (even when setting their status to hostile).

    Ah, I think this might be my problem. I will have to check. I think I have the enemy units set as Team 14.

    Agreed. I found the Set Custom Value Trigger you put into the TPS folder, and that's all there-but when I fire at a zergling, it doesn't register.

    Never mind, I got it working, it was an administrator error issue. I have another question: where do we find the custom value to set the units at, for weapons targeting? I think I went to the wrong height, because when I changed it, the zerglings were off the ground. Where do we go to set the custom value for the unit?

    @HierarchArtanis:

    About the custom value 0 being the height; You will have to specifically give the unit that custom value to get the system to work. For example: I've set the Zerglings to have 0.5 height in the test map - it seems pretty realistic.

    To answer your last post: You should press Delete (or the red button you were talking about) on those zoom levels to remove them completely, otherwise the player will be able to zoom out and it will be ugly ;) If they don't stay deleted, perhaps save the map after you've deleted them, then reload the map.

    @chaosjones17:

    Yes, it's possible to make a top-down shooter. You just gotta play around with the camera triggers a bit :)

    Right...I keep trying :(. Pressing delete gives me a little beep sound, and using the red X either gives me a "disabled" listing or puts the values at 0. Do you think you could possibly take a look at it and see what's wrong? I did it right one time, and the Galaxy Editor quit out on me and I lost everything :/

    But it keeps showing up, and it's killing me. I tried saving and reloading, but it won't get rid of the parameters explicitly like yours did. They're all still there, just disabled and set to 0.

    I was deleting the Zoom parameters, but they don't stay deleted. I was looking at the single player map that was made, and under the "Default Camera", the Zoom Parameters are completely deleted. On mine, I remove the parameters with the red X, go elsewhere, and when I open the data screen again, it says that all the parameters are there, just disabled.

    On Zoom Levels-Modify, They are all disabled, and on Zoom Levels-Values, all at 0. I just don't know if it has the same effect.

    And by "Remove zoom level", when I go back they are all there, it just says "disabled". Is that what it should look like?

    @ Martinolsson,

    Do you mean that the height of the enemy unit should be set equal to that of the main character?

    For example, I have a zergling, UI-Height =0, but I have Nova as my main character. I would set the main height= to hers? Or do you mean to increase it point by point until we find a unit height that works with the targeting system?
