    I have been working on mihai14 entry for some time now but I haven't found a way to make it work with multiple group simultaneously.

    Whenever I create a second group at the same time, it replaces all the variable with the last created units, thus fucking up the whole system XD I'm learning a lot while toying with your entry guys, but can someone help me out on that one.

    I don't expect anybody to do it for me, but I'll put the map in link so you have an idea on how mihai14 entry is after I tweaked it. I just need some explanation on logically how solve this problem, I'm quite uncertain how to thinkthink programming logics...

    I might not be able to add a lot to this cause, but I can still say that :

    I stopped playing ST2 Custom because of the bad distribution of players amongst existing maps (wether good or not they are). We do not have a good choice of custom maps. It looks right now like a random flash game website NEVER uploading any new games to the front page. How do you get fresh game then? Don't even try, you just can't dude!

    What could easely be made to fix as much as possible? Hire one guy to play customs game, roam forums of mapmaker and keep in touch with the mapmaker community. His job would also be to set a WEEKLY featured map list with at least 2 choices each time.

    That, such a simple solution, would surely fix a CRAPLOAD of actual problem right now. Why?

    Because of the simple fact that distributing a greater number of player on a bigger % of maps would start a natural rotation of maps. Player that play featured maps aren't playing other maps, what goes up for some make others go down. I'm sure there a mathematical way to prove it, but I'm far from behing able to do that.

    A question remains : Will a double weekly featured map system draw player stock from all games? Or will big pimped games player pool remain untouch?

    Ty for that Zelda, for some it might look like stupid to explain these things, but for ppl that do not have english as their first language, it make the first approach SOOOO much more enjoyable. Yet, I haven't learned anything new after reading that, but god only knows how much I would have liked to find such a post a year ago..

    Everything was there aside from the unit. Model and actor were still there, even the unit on the map...

    I made a new unit of the same type, actor linked automatically... and the unit reappeared on the map, what a strange phenomenon.

    What will be the effect for? I made the behavior trigger upon a fatal damage response, but I'm still unsure how to make the actor event to respond to the behavior activation. I don't know what grammatical term to use to make the good link.

    Also, what actor should I use, OneShotAnimation?

    I haven't tested it totally yet, it should work well and I will finish that tomorrow.

    If anybody can help with the event of the death actor... Just some hint on the term to use...

    I just made a new units, made some abilities to go with it and everything was fine until I closed my map and opened it again. Now the unit si non existant, but the abilities are still there...

    Thing is each different missile killed by the PDD got to have a different explosion art related to the missile art...

    Separate unit death actor? How do I make it not stack with regular missile hitting target? I don't want the missile to trigger 2 actor (impact and death) at regular impact. Does a missile unit hitting a target make the game consider it as dying or just vanishing?

    Nope. One of the firing is ok, 2 of the firing is ok to as long as the 2 missiles never hit target at the same time (it happen when missile 2 is in the splash damage radius of missile 1)

    O crap... Does splash damage radium got a search flag? I gotta look at that right now....

    Edit : The ability is targeting unit/point in his damage, periodic and launch missile effect... any chance the problem would be there? Usually I don't have problem with that, but 2 of my unit use weapon and ability on that basis and both have that problem...

    Strangely, two of my newly created units blow each other missile at impact when they all hit target at the same time, causing no damage... And I have no idea why. It's not a flag problem, missile has been set to exclude in search flag, what else could be causing this?
