Add the units to the Train ability associated with your barracks. The buttons for them will already be in the data along with default values such as build time and cost.
This is also a time where validators(gross) work best. I believe you can do a unit count. Look at the mothership, which is only limited to (1) per player.
You know though, at least for your name, if they had put "progammer" on T.V., 95% of the people would think it was a typo on their part. While I doubt this was their reasoning for spelling it wrong, it at least makes some sense.
One thing you could do as a vote system is to just remove all of said players units from the game. While they would still be in the game, they'd have no units/control of anything.
Liberty Story (Campaign) adds several additional libraries. Transmission (campaign) is one of functions added by this; among others that I cannot remember off the top of my head. There may also be additional units added by Liberty Story (Campaign) as well, but I am unsure of that.
No, the editor does not work like that unfortunately. Actors associate actions to units, therefore the unit has the actor because they actor calls the unit in its actions. This method is however more modular and allows for finer granularity in mapping/modding.
Go to the original unit. Right click each effect and click "explain link". This will tell you /how/ the effect is being associated with the unit to begin with. You'll have to work backwards from there. Generally effects come from abilities or things such as weapons.
Edit: Credit to this guide which was my original source for duplicating units when I first started.
In the video of the guys stealing the couch you can see a life size Kerrigan in the upper left. I wonder if this is her? Or if exist multiple life sized Queen of Blades. If so, how much are they? Would make a nice Halloween decoration to go along with hydralisk and zerling popping out of the yard.
This is done in the final Protoss mission. There are triggers to recreate spore and spine crawlers if you happen to kill them off. The triggers are already set for the map if you open it up and take a look.

If this different than the suicide trigger? For the berserk effect at least.
Edit: Ah, I see some damage multipliers in there.

I'd email them in complaint so they publicly apologize and get your name correct on T.V. :p
