I think that is not supported yet in the game, but you can use variables instead minerals as workaround. Depending on how you use it, it could turn out bad tho.
You can use variables... What you would do is say something like Player Property Changed the nhave an action that sets everyones minerals to the same amount... I dont have editor open but thats what I imagine what it would be...
Set your energy regeneration rate to something lower then 1... Ive had this problem before... It usually doesnt work if you set it to more then 0.8 so I recommend setting it to 0.7 or less...
2. In the data editor go to the 'Races' Tab... Select the default races and uncheck the selectable flags. Then make 6 new races for each faction and change the starting units... NOTE: You might have to play around with the offsets of the units to get it right... 0 is smack in the middle of the SL

Dont change the footprint... Go to the pathing layer and cover the middle of your ramp with the ground path... It works, ive done it...

YOU GUYS ARE FORGETTING YOU NEED TO UPLOAD THE MOD BEFORE THE MAP!!!! IF YOU DONT DO THIS THE MAP WILL OBVIOUSLY FAIL!
0
Well If your publishing the map you need to publish the mod... If it isnt working period try putting the dependency at the top of the list
