    what a enfos and a footies omg those 2 maps were so epic, i think they had a way funner idea then dota xD, enfos in 3rd person mode wouldn't dat be epic xD

    omg i found the best custom map ever, its just so epic its called the Card game, any one dat has not played it before i think you should, its got to be in the top 2 maps i have ever played xD, and with the new update omg the cards look werid xD

    Well i'm new to the galaxy editor but heres what i got planed xD

    Footies type map

    well first on going to make a footies like map, but with some big changes Ok you upgrade to the race you wanna be as normal, but then (this idea i got from my fav RTS game ever Zero hour) say you pick zerg, you have 3 other options, you can upgrade again when you have the money, to go Air Zerg, Tank Zerg, or Inf Zerg, but wait thats not all, then you pick say you went Air Zerg, the you have 2 other upgrade trees, Anti air zerg which can not attack ground, but do lots of damage to air, and Anti Ground Air, which would be bomber type air, that do lots and lots of damage to ground but can't attack air xD and heres the basic of what i have planed for this map xD

    Humans = Anti Tank tanks XD, Anti Air tanks, Anti Inf Tanks,Anti Air Air, Anti ground Air, Anti tank inf, Anti inf inf, Anti Air Inf

    this makes your upgrades a ver big things, oo and some hero's, because say one team went all tanks just anti tank tanks, then the other team could go anti tank inf and just own then, because the anti tank tanks would do 40 or 25% less damage to inf, or they could go anti ground air which anti tank tanks can not attack at all xD, well thats the basic plan for that map xD, it will start out just like a normal version of footies and slowy add the other things so people get to learn the map better

    Enfos Type map

    Ok when that one is good and off i will start on this one, it will be a remaking off my fav wc2 map enfos, but it will come in 2 versions, the normal enfos, and then a 3rd or 1st type one i will wait and see what other people's maps look like in these views first xD

    RTS/FPS

    this is my fav game type and i'm hoping to remake it in sc2 like savage if and of you have played that, one thing that i didn't like about savage was it was in the sword age, and i love my guns tanks and planes xD, so i'm going to try and make it in here this is my last planed map, cos i think it will be the hardest xD to make,

    well theres my 3 ideas, i don't thing any of then are new, i just have to ask MT they guys that made enfos if i can make one for sc2, but thats later on xD

    hey its me again, i posted for help a week a go and i got great help, and i'm lost again so here it goes

    ok i'm making a footies like map key word is LIKE

    ok i got the morphing buildings going, thanks to this great tut http://forums.sc2mapster.com/development/map-development/881-morphing-buildings-guide/

    Now i'm lost for unit spawns i was going to do it like a td map, like create unit at point or what ever, but then i worked out that how would i make the unit change to a different unit when the building has been upgraded, so i remembered back to my vb days and i looked for maybe some loops, to do some checking to my it look what building t was before it spawned but it didn't work sighs, so i did some searching around and found this

    using the Data Editor:

    1. create a spawn effect per unit that you want to spawn.

    so i went looking around my data editor for some type i base spawn i could have a look at how its done, and i got lost spawning units was all over the palace it was in alot of the tabs, so do i change all of them of what do i do xD

    Hi i'm new here i, and i got some good ideas and i wanna start then but i'm lots atm, oo here are some of my map ideas i'm planing to do

    A footies type map from wc3 (working on it now, i'm lost here)

    A enfos type map cos enfos was my fav map on wc 3 xD

    OK this is the last one i wanna make, a RTS FPS like savage xD, but in modern/ sci fi

    Ok onto the things i'm suck with, hmm i got the triggers for teams and, my first basic men going, but how do i make custom upgrades, now i did search before i posted this, and i found this http://forums.sc2mapster.com/development/map-development/3614-data-editor-upgrades-abilities/ but i'm still lost is there basic tut telling me how to do this, cos i went looking at all the search results and didn't find one,

    i wanna make a upgrade, you know like the upgrade on footies, you upgrade to say level 2 i don't know terrain and your command building changes and you get a new type of unit
