I think 2 min is too short. At least 3 or possibly 4. Someone should post a tut for those that might want to learn how to make some great cinematics. Are we allowed to use normal maps for the map terrain? I can't make terrain to save my life since I have no idea what I want.

Um I'm trying to figure out what I meant, I'm not sure why I would say 3 lanes. Lets make it sound better.
In this picture there are two bases. On the sides you see an archway which is where the mobs spawn from. There is a flag there that you have to capture. Whoever holds the flag gets the mobs. I was going somewhere more with that idea. I'm not sure why I said what I did before with 3 lanes. Might want to look up a video of demigod if you need more explaining.
Just PM us with a simple map idea so we can try to make it. See if everyone agrees. I'm up for anything but I want to try triggers that deal more with gameplay and not so much on UI, I want to make crazy UIs but that is possibly the most tedious task ever, next to some data editor stuff.
If you have space I would be glad to try and join on to work on triggers. I've been messing around with them for a while but haven't been able to make a solid map due to messing with the data editor more for a tower defense I was just seeing if I could make. Sadly, it got corrupted and all that data editor was a pain to do in the first place.
I want to create a game where the unit will face whichever way the mouse is. So if it's on the right side of the screen he will look that way. I want to add wsad movement to that and left mouse button to fire the weapon and right mouse button would be a special move, probably an energy usage move. Any ideas on how to do the first part?
Can I just use her animation but not have the beam be coming out? I want bullets to come out. I could just go with heroes, I was planning on making heroes a choice after you make it to a certain level or add them in later after I released it so the map doesn't get stale after a while.

I agree. Zergling was a great fit. now the Tauren's, if that's what still there, don't seem to fit in with the music.

That would make all units glow, correct? I want just the enemy mobs to glow like they're radioactive. The human players are normal.

Can you make units glow using triggers? I want to make some units seem radioactive and just changing them green isn't doing it.

Darn, well I guess I can make it a third person shooter, although it won't be as fun as I imagined it since you can't see behind you.

I think the blue energy is part of the model. I don't think it's possible. But I would wait for someone else to say otherwise. I'm not entirely sure.
