The guys who made this, aren't they the ones who made Demigod? Demigod was pretty well done, maybe I'll give it a gander. Although, I typically don't like modern RTS because it's mostly running around in humvees and tanks unlike sc2 where you get ground armies that are mostly foot soldiers unless you go mech. But modern rts usually have a mechanic where you can run over human units meaning bio ground are useless.
I think you'd struggle to find a more competitive community than sc2.
League of Legends, I think it has the highest money being given out for any esports, I would assume people would get damn competitive for something like that. I actually find sc2 more lax than LoL a lot. LoL you got teammates who yell at you because they want to win so badly on a non ranked game compared to sc2 where it's just you and you can do whatever. Hell, going to those custom games where you spectate are so much fun. It's basically social hour while watching a match.
This weekend only. I'm already in the TERA Online Open Beta, SWTOR legacy return, and PSO2 Closed Beta. What's wrong with game companies, don't schedule betas at the same time.
I never understood why Easter is celebrated so highly among people. I thought it was just go to church and then give your kids an easter basket or easter egg hunt and you're done. Like a day version of Halloween.
PSO had this design before anime had this style. Don't hate on PSO because it was the pioneer on this design.
Also PS0 is considered one of the better Phantasy Stars but really it was considered good against PSU which PSU was trash. PSO is just something amazing. Most people originally played it in their youth and just love it. By today's standards it's not that great. But people still play it a lot because it's like Legend of Zelda Ocarina of time where the formula just works so perfectly that graphics don't matter.
That looks awesome. But what if I go to a cat website. He said every cat I see is an ad he's blocking. Does that mean when I go to lolcat those are all blocked ads?
It arrived sometime yesterday, early in the morning at about 1:00AM for PST. I only got to posting about it here now because I've actually tired myself from hours of usage. Anyways it's amazing and PSO2 is ending up to be an amazing game. btw here's the download if you want. Here's some of my characters too.
You won't get anything done then. You can't do a show me yours and I'll show you mine kind of mindset when you're asking for something. Ideas are easy to come up with, everyone thinks their's is unique and will be stolen by someone else. Here's some news, everyone here is most likely working on their own mod or looking for some cool mod to wet their mouth over.
Here's some even bigger news. Until you have something to show for your work modellers won't make anything, even then they might not help. sc2mapster is one of the worst place to find modellers since there aren't that many here willing to help as they are working on their own projects making models. Modelling takes time and skill, compared to data where almost anyone can do that. So you either need to show a unit with some abilities or a complete unit with your working mod just waiting for the model otherwise you'll get no where.

Smashcraft was fun if you got past it's horrible learning curve and had decent enough skills. It was too competitive for the average sc2 player.
