    well i dont know if anybody achived that before, but for me it was on of the things i always wanted to do and didnt thought possible. well its not perfect yet.. need to implent the resolution libery to make it work on all screens, but if u will set the game resolution to 1280x1024 u will see it works pretty good :) so here it is

    alliances are set up by triggers its not melee.. i did trigers to make all enemies then pick player 1,2 and make ally, 3,4 etc when ally defet im not changing anything in allince terms.. if an ally has quit the game player get control of his units but if u use "end game for player" then player get defeated (in game terms) end all his units becomes idle.. i added a command to share control of units, and it works u do get control but the units will not auto attack nor if u click right click... only if u press 'A' or on the attack button..

    this is a 2v2v2v2 game(ma) so 4 groups each one 2 players. i tried lots of diffrent stuff none seems to work proper.. i can make the other team member control units of defeated ally but the units wont auto attack only if u press the attack button or keyboard hotkey then click on the unit, otherwise they just standing and geting raped..

    anyone have an idea what can i do?

    im trying to upgrade marine arena (footman like map) spawning system right now its done with triggers, which i think causes much lag.

    ive tried to use the spawn behavior but got stuck, then i tried use a buff behavor that trigger piriodicly a Create unit effect.

    is there anyway to set the position where the unit will spawn? when it targeting tab i choose in location and origin "Source unit" and i noticed that if i choose any effect it changes the position... how can i use an effect to set location (if at all possible) and is there anyway to use map points as spawn points?

    please im really desparete trying to solve it myself for almost a week now... :(

    posted a message on add a referee\spectator to marine arena for tournament

    i need help implenting another player as a referee to monitor game and score and to brodcast (via xfire) the game online.

    i added a 9th player but now when i enter lobby team 1 counts 6 or 8 places and teams 2 3 and 4 are normal 2players.

    i also wonder if there is buit-in support in the editior for referee spectator such as special controls over the game etc...

    i really dont know how to work with map variant configuration so if anyone could help....

    just open one of the campeign maps in the editor and u will see how to do the things you want if u dont know how to build a unit from a structure u should really take a long look in the toturials section...

    i want units to change models after a certin upgrade.. i know how to do the actors part and if i try it on marins or zerglings its working, after i push the upgrade button they change model to whatever i want, but if i try the same with any other unit its not working. i think there is somthing that is missing.. ive searched everywhere in the data editor.. please help! :)
