Thanks heaps mate. That worked a treat. Now I just need to figure out how to make all those really cool looking bridges 'work'!

    Time for a play....

Firstly, I know this is something that has been covered in other threads however none of them work...

So, I'm trying to make a map for 4v4 or 2v2v2v2 play. There is a lot of lowered ground, lava and islands. I want to connect these islands via a network of bridges.

I have followed every conceivable tute/thread/scrap of information on the net I could find.

I've tried to raise the ground underneath the bridge. 3 problems - 1st, Units 'wade' through bridge at waist height. 2nd, Units hover above bridge. 3rd, I delete texture so ground effectively 'invisible' however the framework under the bridge appears to connect to nothing.

I've tried to apply every combination of pathing/attributes to the doodad however nothing makes the bridge walkable.

When I select Brush: Terrain Object, There are no 'terrain objects' to choose from.

    Please help. My head's sore.

posted a message on [Data,Terrain] Bridges - A Terrain Objects and Footprints Guide

This is making no sense at all. I have tried everything on this thread with no luck. I have tried to make the bridge across cliffs and from hill to hill. There is no 'Bridge' appearing in the data type "Terrain Objects". I have manually added and linked another footprint with 'ground' set as the attribute and no luck. I've even lowered the bridge (Mar Sara - Bridge - Long - Type 1) below ground level and tried to make is so units don't 'step up' onto the bridge but step down onto it. No luck. I've tried to make ground even with the bridge the delete the texture however the ground is either over or under bridge so sprites appear to wade through or hover over bridge. I'm at my final tether.

Essentially, I have NO TERRAIN objects whatsoever to choose from. Objects can ONLY interact with terrain.

    My brain hurts :(
