I have nearly finished my second entry, just a few graphical effects are left : )
/€: Finished (or at least mostly)
Creates an "orb" (in wc3 it was an orb, this time it´s more like a bomb), that sucks the life of near enemy units & follows them (there is the force effect xD). At the end it explodes an deals damage proportional to the life sucked.
What I didn´t get to work: Beams when the life is leeched : /
Btw: I would appreciate it if you could make a video of mine too : )
(But wait a few days, I will add another ability, trying to recreate a spell I made for a contest in Wc3. If anyone is wants to see it: I attached the Wc3-map (I´m talking about the spell with the orb))
Since I couldn´t move the projectiles, I just made a reaper shooting them down with lasers. This causes an explosion, which is in turn knocking back units.^^
Only thing I can´t get rid of: Units always face the direction they are knocked in -.-
Also, Kueken, what model is that? I WANT IT!!! Can it be tinted? If so, i think i'm able to make a "blood mage" hero, and it's not based on the wc3 blood mage but its supposed to be a mage that actually uses blood.

make sure that your searches include missiles, most aren't set up like that by default. I believe it should be possible but wonder how the missiles would look if being affected by force.
I tested it already by applying other things to the missiles (slower time-scale for example), it seems that "apply force" just does not affect them. (I also looked it up on sc2mapster and found others writing about this problem as well)

I wanted to do something about incoming missiles, but they don´t seem to be affected by force : /

I was talking about an WDE about abilities of other games generally, so you can choose the game^^
But I´m pretty sure there are enough abilities in WoW as well xD I hope I´ll find time to do one or two of them^^
