I wouldn't do it as a bunker if I where you, that would have a different slot for each unit. Make the release ability use a charge every time it's used, and make a trigger or something so that when the unit goes to that building it disappears and increases the charge by one.
Go to the requirements tab in the data editor, search for the ability (concussive shells, it's the "use" one, not the "learn" one), open Requirements+ and delete the "count upgrade" node.
I tried that a little bit ago, but I was draining the energy of the guy I attacked. How do I make the effect run on the attacking unit whenever he attacks?
Ok, well, it works with the autocast thing, I just didn't notice. It only uses it if the ghosts can't kill the enemies easily with their rifles.
How can I make it so that they use snipe as soon as a target comes into range, no matter what?

Are you using the Campaign dependencies? I've noticed a few things that get screwed up, including the Orbital Command, when you activate them.

I'm trying to make an attack drain energy on use, but since there's no "cost" section for weapons, I'm not really sure how to do it.
