I uploaded the Firebat mercenary into 3ds max with no problems. After that i decided I wanted to change the skin of the model, so I loaded its diffuse map into Photoshop and made some changes. Now I have no idea how to get the skin back onto the model.
EDIT: It works now!
I created a new model and actor and now it works perfectly. I also used an explicit rotation actor to straighten the unit actor up a bit.
I hate to be a burden, but I don't know the first thing about site operations and the tutorial is a little vague. Do you have any other suggestions or would you be able to give me more precise instructions on what to do, please. My charaters orientation is always forward. I've changed the up and forward variables multiple times with no change. I'm stuck! Any additional help you could give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
I was able to modify the Terra Tron so it could move. However while it may move it only faces the camera. Is there any way to change that?
Also, it can't attack.

I knew I could do it without 3ds max if i just wanted to overwrite the preexisting data but don’t i need it if i want to make a separate texture?
Example: If I wanted to have the Devil Dog and my new Firebat side by side in a game.

I looked for the upgraded Zergling and Roach icons but couldn’t find them.
Thank you for the Fatty portrait and the Stalker icon, you did a magnificent job.
Also, I meant to upload these with my previous post...

Could you make a static portrait of the Fatty?

If at all possible, could you also make these buttons as well?
1. Upgraded zergling: Basically the regular zergling button but with its wings.
2. Upgraded Roach: Same idea just with the red spikes on its head.
3. Protoss Stalker: a Golden version of the stalker button
Please and Thank you
Also do you guys know anyone who is good at modeling and death animations?

Really the only thing I would like to see in the editor is the Terra-Tron we all saw in the April Fools day joke.
Thanks

Sounds good, I'll try it when I get a chance.
Thanks again and have fun.

It doesn't attack at all. I just have bad grammer and punctuation.
Also, I'm going to assume you mean the tutorial "Working with Attachments", right?

However I'm going to take it one step at a time.
