The renaming didn’t work even though I kept the name length the same it still changed the file size. I think it may have something to do with word but that is just a guess.

I also tried importing my DDS files into 3DS but it wouldn’t accept them even after I downloaded the plugin.
Ok well, I loaded the m3 file into word and found and changed the listed textures. After I loaded my model into the editor it showed the little white orb thing.
I'll try what you suggested, caspersc.
Ok, just to clarify if I wanted to change the texture for my model I would have to use something with the same name length?

While I would love to ask for your help I just can't find anything for you to do.
The only map I am working on is completely blank without any doodads or anything to keep lag reduced.

Ok well I figured out what causes it.
Its the footprint
I don't know anything about footprint so I can't really help you any more than that but Ill try my best.

You should look at the hatchery.
It is the only building that can build on and off of creep.
I have no clue why it can but Ill look into it.

If I recolor the Mercenary Firebats portrait diffuse will it change the static portrait or the animated portrait?
Won’t it change the animated one because the static portrait is just a picture while the 3D portrait is an actual model, right?
