My problem is that when I cast ability to unit the art of the ability will scale with the target unit's scale and when casted to example structure it will be in big scale.
So is there anything to ignore the target unit's scale?

I got it to working hiding the real model and making another actor to add my wanted model attached to it. And btw I tried that but didn't work when the shooter's model is Xel'Naga Prison Console :P
Hey, I got a small problem with my structure. I duplicated it from Xel'Naga Shrine and can't find out why it builds instantly even I have set the time to 20.

hmmm same actor but this time modify site ops somewhere. It is box where is something like SOpOrigin modify it to SOpChest or something :P

Yeah I got it to work already but does it need any attachment point if it just a local offset nothing related to attachment points? :P

Yes reason was the model. Seems like some models doesn't support launch site ops...
