    Thank you all for your replies! I think I've decided to upgrade Mobo, Processor and RAM since changing one means I have to change all. And seriously, DDR1 RAM and the AMD Athlon are very outdated anyway. I think the graphics card will still be adequate for a few months. Primarily for SC2 and Gothic 4: Arcania.

    Of course, when Diablo 3 comes out, that's a whole different situation. :)

    Good idea. Unfortunately I am a poor designer and lack creativity. If anybody thinks of any ideas and I like them, I'll incorporate the idea and give generous credit. Also, feel free to edit the map or use the idea. It is, after all, released under the GPL.

    A YouTube video sounds cool. It will be a little while before I get the proper tools (fraps, etc.), but as soon as it is done, I will post a link.

    Edit: I've tried to do a voice-over introduction video to my map, but with the free version of fraps only recording 30 seconds and having roommates makes me voice-shy, It's probably not gonna happen. Sorry Programmer :(

    When is blizzard going to fix their custom map discovery system? Brood war was successful because the maps were sorted by creation time; newly created games of that map were listed first.

    Despite all games being grouped by map now, this can still work:

    Why not list the maps in order of game creation time instead of popularity? Since newest games will be listed on top, this will give new maps at least a small amount of time on the front page.

    Hello everybody, I just finished a map called Bunker Circuits. This is a custom map in which you can create electronic circuits. Essentially, electrons (marines) travel through wires (bunkers). However, there are also some flow-control components like AND, OR and NOT gates. The map starts out with a pre-made circuit: a binary half-adder.

    It's pretty cool, you should try it out. Just search Bunker Circuits on battle.net under custom maps. Here is the link to the project: http://www.sc2mapster.com/maps/bunker-circuits/

    posted a message on extend camera middle mouse scroll zoom

    Changing the zoom levels doesn't do anything. Specifically, I changed the "distance" parameter of each zoom level of the Default Camera. Nothing happened.

    EDIT - nvm, i was using the default camera, but the game was using installation camera since i was using the installation map.

    Unfortunately, when I create a command card with that dummy ability, the drop down for Ability Command contains nothing...

    Also, for some reason the command card button doesn't even show up on the unit. Why is that? It's there in the editor...

    And one more thing... Is there some sort of priority with box-highlighting in the game? For some reason a structure has a higher priority, so when i do a box highlight, the structure is selected. Any units behind the structure are stuck there forever because they can't be selected. How is it possible to fix this?
