to make a weapon work you need to add the weapon itself and the attack skill to the unit
then you need to add the attack skill to the command card. (for critters its normaly scan move, so you need to change that to attack move)
if the weapon is still not working than your weapon is flawed.

option 1 (can work on multiple units etc):
you can add a behaviour on a unit. let it stack with every kill.
than make a validator that checks the stacks etc.
and then cast remove a amount of stacks.
option 2 (if every player only has 1 unit)
in SC2 there is a custom resource.
if every player only controls 1 unit you can add 1 point of that with every kill
and use it to cast spells
When a player rolls over a region I would like to display a dialog box for the user is able to pick from a list of options. Can this be done? There are many players on the map.
its just me (can be that more mappers are thinking the same way)
but at the point if I see a player add: Awsome, Godly, Bestgameever of many !!!!!!! in there map name or description I quickly look an other way.
think the lack of reply and views is the map name and people not taking you serious because of it. (also that 1 random confusing screenshot with no text is not helping your cause)

add it to the unit.... (in the unit tab select the unit. than look for behaviour.)
don't make stuff to complicated. keep it simple :P
