When effect target ability is canceled because unit cannot reach destination technology resource is not refunded. Any idea how to fix this? If I cancel ability manually everything is refunded correctly.

I have problem with ballistic mover based on TossBottle. If I set flight time to -1, and cast ability close to source unit (let's say unit position offset by 0.05) missile cannot reach it. How I can make mover that behaves correctly in such degenerate cases? Example in attachment, type w to aim missile automatically, or you must aim close to position of unit.
However my music cannot be muted with Ctrl+M. Instead it is muted with Ctrl+S. When I play soundtrack as ambient default game soundtrack is played along with mine. How to fix it?

What you mean by automatically? You need to cast it on midnight or in response to some other event.

-1 value means that flight time is disabled, and amount of air time depends on distance to target.

Blizzard guide was unclear on the subject. It states that
