Now i know i have seen reavers in previous gameplay videos and lurkers and such i found the lurkers and campaign units and stuff but where are the reavers in the editor did blizzard not include it?
Also is there anyway to add the campaign dependency's as a default thing like the normal default ones?
id like the battleships needed to be selected with the frigate to activate the ability so yes i'd like them to be present, like the high\dark templars requires 2 to light up the icon for an archon meld. I just thought that a void ray would work well, maybe use a void ray as the Frigate and the battleships can be a new void ray maybe 3/4 of the size of the Frigate, but use the Disruptor beam to shoot at the Frigate when using the ability.
think you could make an ability like this, about 23 seconds in to 32 seconds is what im referring to
the picture is rather dark and bad quality so ill explain it, the ship in the middle is a Frigate, the other 8 surrounding it are Battleships, they focus there beam weapons at the Frigate, and the Frigate harnesses it and shoots a pwnzor beam lol.
Dekuleaf to get a shield outline u wud need to make the nessary button for the shield outline, then u can add it under the Shield Layer under Actor field. im pretty sure you just need to set the max & starting shields.
yeah i wonder this to, cept i made a thor with a scale of 0.4 and the shields are still to big and not really that relative to the model so im hoping sum1 will know how to adjust it
Problem 1: I think the after image thing is an actual animation model, you wud have to remake the model in a modeling program like 3dsmax or sumthin, you can change it to something else and its quite simple, go to Data Type>>Actors search blink and ull find 3 things and theres 2 things we are interested in "Blink Origin Model" and "Blink Stop Model" which are pretty self explanitory, click on one and near the bottom ull find "Model" and change that to w/e and tada!
Problem 2: By "flavor text" i assume u mean the tool tip lol, thats under Data Type>>Buttons find blink and the tooltip is at the bottom
Problem 3: Find the weapon you are going to change the art of, for example ill use the Void Ray - Prismatic Beam, now click that and you'll find something called "Icon" and ull have to search what u want to change it to
but its the same as the original? Even after deleting/changing it still fires inbetween the thors feet
{Edit} I finally found the problem, i forgot to change "Missle" under the "Thor AA Attack Copy" actor to "ThorAAattackMissle2" instead of the original "ThorAAattackMissle"
this was driving me nuts :| thanks for the help guys
there is no "AM Pattern Thor AA" there is only "Pattern Thor AA" and i already duplicated it and changed the driver to my new effect and changed it in the launch attachment query, still no work :\

You will find scale under the Actor tab, then search for ur baneling and find the Scale and change it to w/e
