I made a Remove-Behavior Effect to remove a Behavior-Buff. I tried making an Effect-Target Ability with this Effect and when the unit casts this ability I get "Error" any thoughts? Thanks
Hey, I was reading the description of "Behavior(buff)-Time Scale Source+" and was wondering if there is a way to use this to determine the duration of a buff(applied by an ability) on a unit-by-unit basis?
If not, how would you suggest doing this (only) using data module?

Click on "Events+" in the fields. Now, you'll see a complex window of stuff. Do not panic. Right-click, and select "Add Event" In the selection bars to the right, choose under "msg" = "Ability." "Source Name" = "Name of your ability," and "SubName" = "TargetCastStart"
I tried this with a spell that has a cast start of 1.500 and the animation comes after that time frame. Since I am using "Cast start" as a cast time mechanic I need a way of having the casting animation (lets say attack: for the sake of the thread) during this 1.500 cast start time frame.

I have an effect (basically a stun) where a person is immobilized and can not take any actions. The effect works fine when applied to a unit via data editor (w00t). Now, I want to make an ability that applies that effect onto a target. I took what I learned from Bifuu's great tutorial on auras and made an ApplyBehavior for the effect. I am now stuck on how to attach the ApplyBehavior to an ability (assuming that is my goal). Also, I dont even see the ability on the unit I loaded it on (hehe, probably an easy fix).

Error *buzzz* - When I click or use hotkey for the ability (doesn't even give a cross hair for a target).
So It doesn't even get to the point of trying to remove a behavior, as the ability is an "Effect - Target".
