Hi i am having a bit of a problem that maybe someone can help me solve... the problem is that in my map i have a custom UI but i need to make a build menu pop up when selecting an scv. as of now the regular UI just pops up whenever scv is selected.. that aint pretty.
dead ends i have gone into(so you dont have to do them aswell)
found no force player press button(as there is in wc3) so enabling hotkeys and then force button doesnt work(maybe in custom written triggers.. but it doesnt in the regular blizzard triggers.. which is the ones that i know how to work with)
didnt find a way to order a unit to build without giving a point(meaning the placement feature doesnt pop up, it just starts build somewhere)
is custom script the only way to go? have never used custom script in wc3 or sc2 before so i know nothing of how to write it...
any help or direction pointing is greatly appreciated!
