Once upon a time, namely 1993, a company named Bitmap Brothers made an awesome game, called "The Chaos Engine".
When I saw Top Down Fighters, the memories immediately came to my mind and wouldn't leave.
However I'm totally sure that one could recreate this game within SC2.
As I'm rather clueless on Mapmaking and make little progress due to time constraints I'd love to see that someone from the community will take care of this project.
