OK
I got my spiral to animate for some crazy reason, it pulsates. It gets larger and samller by about 10-15% and i have NO clue why.
I have no scaleing taking place at all in 3ds. It does not change size in 3ds either when i play it
I have the exact same problem... I created a simple cylinder. Made it spin in a circle like a top. Exported it, and the animation is frozen in the editor and the previewer?? What the hell?? =(
It rotates just fine in 3ds 2010
OK. I created a simple box in 3ds max. I made a .dds material type and set the Diffuse button to bitmap and then chose my dds.
The model looks good and exports.
I am using Ladiks MPQ editor to add my files to my sc2 map.
I put the .m3 model in the same path as the .dds but I still cant get any textures on my model?
Look at the following pic. If I tell the marine below the line to walk to the other side of the line, He will move forward and get stuck in the center of the line of marines.
Now if i tell the marine to walk to the other side of the supply depot line, he will walk all the way around.
Bottom line. How can i make it so my marine will walk around the line of marines just like he would walk around a line of supply depots?
I have a pylon that I am moving (sliding) across the screen. I want it to have some sorta of flame or effect that make it look like
it is moving fast, or even a particle cloud trail.
Blizzard totally fucked us with the mouse position. All we asked for was to be able to get the x,y positon of the mouse. Instead of a function, blizz makes it an EVENT. This EVENT can not be throttled at all. The net traffic generated with 4 players is worthless. Instead of making it a function so that we would read the positon every .3 seconds, instead they make an EVENT that we have no way to throttle.
Thanks Blizzard for once again not listening to the mapping community.

Once Blizzard sees these videos, they may finally realize how important it is they at least make some progress on latency.

Guys,
When you import a model with Intoxicateds importer, does it or is it suppose to update the Track-View Curver editor or Dope sheet?

the marines arent being pushed. They are on hold positon. and the radius is not small. it is .375...nothing out of the ordinary

im not sure.... i dont think the inner radius matters becasue i placed the marines tightly together as possible
