So... I have an idea that may be too complicated. I want to be able to record what you type in and also have reactions when you type in the wrong code at a certain location. So basically, my map involves the main hero at one point to remember a code, and I was wondering if there was a way to type in something like -record 4352, and then type in -book, and see the number 4352 in it. Then, you are able to come to a gate where you need the code, so you type in -book, get the code, and type it in like this -4352. It opens the door, and you can move on. But say if you type in, any other number , a gun will pop out and end your journey. So can I make a quick trigger for all other things typed in? Is this possible?
I need a lot of my questions answered before I can start.
1. I have an idea as your character starting as miners, and you have to gather rocks in the very beginning. Is it possible to make miners be able to gather resources, make those destructible rocks become a resource, and the rocks get destroyed a 0 resource? And if that can work, can you making something like a hut be able to be a drop off point, but make everyone but you on an allied team? So all of the miners are gathering rocks as well as you, and it's putting into a grand total of resources gained.
2. As for the animations, is there a animation of the miner actually mining? What would happen if I made a miner be able to build stuff, what would the animations look like? Can you make it so there are people like colonist be able to shoot with guns?
3. Is there a way where say, the ability to bring a colonist to a training facility, and turn him in to a fighter with resources?
4. Can you make a rock a resource, and have a animation like minerals and vespene gas?

I'm planning a beast map, and I need a few things for help.
1, I need to know how to make an ability based on how much health the enemy has, and use that amount of energy. Like a beast has 20 health left, and I use the capture ability. It drains 20 energy from me, and gives the beast to me.
2, I really need to know how to make a trigger for when something levels up, it unlock abilities.
3, I need to know how to combine actors together, like a zergling with some aura.
