Reason I ask this is because, I think its possible. Playing around with the Vortex ability(Black Hole). I noticed you can actually turn off the blur to center effect. Still workin on how to do it though without the vortex model.
Well, i don't got it right here but just dump the list from sc2.exe using a debugger and look for "speed" (can't remember the exact name) there is only 1 argument which is speed (int) so it should be easy to find.
This may be OT, but, what kind of other hidden functions are there in sc2.exe. For example, would it be worth my time to invest into learning how to "debugg" this exe to learn how to recreate mouse functions like highlighting and unit clicking.

Was making a smoke bomb, turned out pretty cool tbh.
Modifying HDR did the trick. Took fire, and made it white/greyish.

Ok, so basically I was thinking of adding some blur effects. But, I think they're hardcoded into the models. Is this true?
If I wanted to make an animated doodad blur(like cloaking) is it possible?

this is for a custom ability, not regular attack. Regular attacks are fine, it has to be an event or something I am missing.

Do I have to make a dummy actor/model for this?
Right now he shoots out of 1 hand, and I can't get him to do both.

impact site operations - operations was the cause, now it hits targets. Dunno why Blizzard has emp missle to die no where near the explosion.

If you notice, the EMP projectile never really hits anything to explode, and the explosion is below the missle itself.
Is there a way to make it so the missle will go into the ground? The missle kind of curves up, which is weird.

I've been looking at other abilities like, Raynor - Experimental Plasma Gun. Which uses an attack animation with this ability.
I am using a devil dog, creating a simple missile projectile, but can't get him to make an animation with it.
