    I found how to insert the video.

    First, place bill board and set deformating model 9, save and exit editor.

    Open saved file with MPQ Editor.

    Try like this:
    ~~.SC2Map
              Assets
                   Textures
                         bubbaad.ogv add file.

    And reopen the map !

    Caution creating a fully before import ogv file

    Dota map is insert ogv video and ogg sound file.

    I think extract Mods\Liberty.SC2Mod/Base.SC2Data/Assets/Doodads/CityBillboards m3 model

    And assign ogv material.

    You can try extract CityBillboards_09.m3 with mpq editor

    Import 3DS MAX, convert video file to ogv.

    And assign ogv texture.

    I finished working on korean text.

    I'm using JAVASCRIPT encodeURIComponent() function,

    php rawurldecode( iconv( "UTF-8", "CP949", $sources ) )

    And, not using proxy.php.

    If i try to save as m3 with M3 Export 0.18, it says " No material assigned to mesh ".

    I don't know what's wrong.

    I'm just try Convert to Editable_Mesh

    And using Material Editor.

    The Dota by Zymoran Map is placed CityBillboards and set variation to 8.

    But, i don't know how he is editing.
