    what exactly is your problem? not finding the gfx or do you not know how to attach gfx permanentely to a unit or changing the model of a unit?

    Update: I figured out how to make them moveable again-> You need to "unlock" all player slots who should be moveable in your specific team settings (game variants)

    BUT problem is then all the colors go wierd and battle.net merges all players upwards (like discussed in other threads). I set all the alliance settings via trigger and via map properties, but nothing seems to help. This is really annoying :-o

    Hmm, make sure the "story campaign" is the first (or at the top) of the dependencies list.

    I have a similar issue. I moved the dependecies up and down (I think even like you suggested) then I was able to acces the campaign units, BUT (big but) all my custom units placed on the map where removed, their names changed to "unknown x 2" etc and all actors of custom units broken >.<

    If I understand you correctly you would like to have a cone type line of view only. Well if this is the case you might want to try to disable fog of war for every player in a cone in front of him. This could be possible by creating several round regions for which you remove the fog of war. You need to move these circles with the unit. The later could be done be using triggers and some simple trigonometric functions.

    If your map is the better one it will move up very fast on the popularity levels! However you should try to rally some friends for some quick games to push the initial popularity levels imho.

    There are full actions available for selecting units. if your timer expires deselect any unit of type circle for every player.

    Since you are not a very experienced map creator let me give you one pice of advice: It may be "cool" or "revolutionary" or "easier" or whatever to spawn units via selecting the circle. However if you want your map to be accepted by the majority of battle.net players you need to stick to some old fashioned things like selecting circles with worker units. Players will comprehend the control of your map more easily. In addition do not underestimate the importance of giving players something to "toy around with".

    And for the last a personal note: Get this map going! I really would like to see a remake of Team Micro Arena that holds on to the old virtues! Nearly started one myself.

    Hi all,

    while betatesting we encountered a problem with my new map (incomeWarsPro): Players are unable to switch teams while in the lobby :-/ Even the host may not drag them around or even himself!

    Maybe I was too strict in my game variant? Has anybody experienced the same problem? I wonder what part of the triggers or game variants cause this :-/

    Note: Map is 4on4 (3humans+1cp per team) and everything works fine really except for this.

    Check the "Text Tag" section of the trigger actions. There is a function to attach an existing "Text Tag" to a unit. It works perfectly for me in my map IncomeWarsPro to display the income over your workers head.

    However if you change the camera angle it might look a little out of place :-o
