Thanks, im thinking either logitech or razer, and yea i do value comfort high. I heard some great things about the carcharias, i don't really need that ultra long cable though, im sure I can make some adjustments to my workspace to account for the sheer length of it. Oh and btw, I do somehow manage to break all my stuff without even raging at them or anything, does anyone have any good tips for keeping mice and other equipment... well... keeping them a whole? in the past 3 months i've broken 3 eaphones and 2 headphones (they were however, very cheap)

posted a message on What type of computer do you make play SC2 on?

Windows desktop, if you're serious about mapping i'd suggest you get both a mac and a pc, i believe Gex from eeve.org ran into some problems when he was lacking the apple system. If you're looking for something that runs starcraft, anything will do really, dont be too weary of the video cards, starcraft can run a lot of settings on your processor(s). I'd suggest at least 4 gigabytes of ram and at least 3 decent processors, as for a video card, you're set with anything better than a 8600 GT.

Yea they went too far, seriously, i'm here to play the game and have fun, not to be reprimanded in cyber-life.

posted a message on Headsets, gaming gear, etc.

So, as my birthday is coming up soon, I started looking around for headsets. So, being a fan of expensive items, I decided to visit the Razerzone, they seem to have a new line of gear for starcraft fans, the banshee the spectre and the marauder. The headphones were priced around $120, but that's not an issue because you can't get them over here in europe anyways, so all the sc2 gear kinda dropped out of my list. So then I decided to check the eu.razerzone, I looked around the items, headsets, and my options were basically the razer Megalodon, and the Charcharias, first thing I noticed were, of course, the prices, where in the US the Charcharias would cost $80 with free shipping, they cost 85 euro (including shipment costs) in europe. It's like that with all items, apart from when they exceed the 100 euro mark, then you suddenly get the oh so special free shipping deal, i am impressed.

Well, ehm, what i wanted to ask you guys is, what are your recommendations for 'Good' headphones within the 60-150 euro price tag, preferably something comfortable with good sound quality, i don't really think it's as important as the rest but, the microphone needs to be reasonable too. I'll accept and research any suggestion, this includes Sennheiser steelseries logitech, but also any underdog brand you may have experiences with.

    Thanks :P

Just relax, even if blizzard makes a profit, (yea the marketplace) you'll end up earning too, in a way you wouldn't be able to without this system.
