Sorry but I'm going to have to shatter your enthusiasm. This does in fact not work. I tried something very similar myself months ago. Your integer Z is increased 1400 times in 10 seconds this way. However, it doesn't happen in the way you think. The unit enters region event only triggers at intervals of 0.0625, so you end up running it loads of times at that specific interval. That's why Z gets increased so much, because it increases in chunks every 0.0625 seconds. If you test with a timer instead of an integer you can confirm this yourself.
Just uploaded new version here on mapster. The localization should be solved. I never had issues with localization before, dunno why it's messing with me now.
That wasn't the post's purpose! Read again. There's an honest suggestion embedded there that you might be interested in, consdering what I've learned from previous posts! Trying to give you hope here while waiting for the pop sys to be remedied.
On a more humorous note... make single player RPGs! Even the most boring and terrible single player rpgs that were done in less than a week *cough*, can get several thousand plays after merely 24 hours. ;P
You're saying that it's only fun if one's maps become popular! Sure, it might be exciting to feel that rush of approval and appreciation when people play your map, but all that really does is to pressure you. You will feel the need to update the successful project several times per day to appease the public. After a while you stop enjoying the creation process itself and only do it for the continued encouragement from the public.
Don't lose track of why you're mapping in the first place!
Bah, there's nothing odd with this. They wouldn't last long as a company if they didn't have rules like these. It's not like they're abusing them or all players would simply leave them!!
You say you like to make RPGs, make one! It is more satisfying to make one yourself from scratch than to limit yourself by taking ideas from others! Let your imagination run wild.
Stopped reading at the terran and zerg thingy. You're not going to get anywhere by bashing at blizzard. Also, their game, their editor, their maps. Nothing you can do. They seem very polite in their letter at least, offering personal assistance and all!
Hello, I'm looking for someone who could kindly publish Storm's Keep in the US.
Please reply if you are interested in helping out spreading this map, and I'll provide you with the map. :-)

Wanted to drop by and let everyone know there'll be a second part of this RPG coming up in a few weeks. Here's a few screenshots.
Much I have learned from my first attempt at an RPG, and will strive to make the sequel a much better experience in every way.

Stop up and think for a moment. Is a brief moment of fame worth more than self-improvement and personal enjoyment?
Think about it.

Dunno what's up with that! Perhaps it takes a while before you can find it by searching? What'd'ya mean texts are messed up? Where?!
