I'm trying to import a heightmap to StarCraft 2 Editor.
To do this i follow a pipeline that was found here.
The only step that couldnt be complete is opening a WarCraft 3 map in Starcraft 2 Editor because of returning an "unknown fatal error". I tried to open standart maps provided with WC3 FT but got that error as well.

So the issue was in the editor's version. Now it is 3.9.0 which contains such abnormal thing.
I found cracked 3.0.5 and did what I planned.
