    I have an inventory with 3 containers. 1-Weapons 2-Armor 3-Storage. What exactly should i do and can i do to always have open this windows on my screen. I want the player to be able to close it as well, but to have it open from start. Thanks.

    PD. I have latest version of the editor.

    SOLVED IT!!! . I just had to set the ability type to behavior instead of effect-instant. Then go to flags and click Toggle On. I also had to make a requirement so that the button wont show unless i have the first level of the ability.

    The requirement i used was Show>Greater than or equal to>Ability>Ability Completed at Unit>Constant 1.

    posted a message on Buff Levels added on Ability or Behavior?

    Where am i supposed to increase the value for each level i gain on an armor ability i created for my unit. Should i include all the levels of increase on the buff behavior that is attached to the ability or is it on the ability per se as an effect value (an effect for every level)? I just want the hero to gain armor through the ability i created for him (not through the levels behavior).

    posted a message on Weapon into Ability Convertion (Laser Beam)

    So i got this drakken laser beam weapon which i want to convert into an ability . It has an initial damage-final damage effect and also has a initial persistant-final damage effect. Which one of this four effects should i add in the effect value box of the new ability i created since i only can add up one. Does this mean im supposed to create 2 abilities and some how merge them? I also would really like that this ability increase the damage while u use it on the target. Also I want this ability to show the Targeting UI effect that it has when u use it as a weapon. I tried to set this up, and the beam only worked when i added the Final Persistant Effect as the effect value. The problem was that the beam didnt stop when i used it. It just keep shooting after it killed the target. Weird right? Also the targetingUI effect was not showing when i used the beam as an ability. It always shows when i used it as an attacka and not an ability. What might be wrong. I even included the effect where it says Orders >Model under UI. I dont even know if its supposed to be there. Why is this complicated, why cant it work as simple as it does when u set it up as weapon. Thanks.

    Hi. Dr. Super Evil. Solve it. Had to go one by one on each copied file checking what files were used and what duplicate copies were simply hanging around with no unit attached, with no use. I renamed them all to the name of the specific unit. I will have to do that everytime for now on, wont i. Otherwise there will be a complete mess again. Thanks for telling me to check all the unit type actors and models.

    I dont want to delay. I want exactly the oppositie. I want that when the hero uses 2 weapons at the same time. They keep their duration properties. Somehow this is affected when the hero uses 2 weapons at the same time.

    Im looking right now at diamondback weapon on the move ability. Thanks. Ill let you know after i test it if it worked.

    How can i acomplish this? Make the hero unit use multiple items at the same time (weapons, buffs, etc). So far the unit is using all the weapons. The real problem is the period. if the unit has more than 1 weapon the period changes for each weapon. They become slower.

    Also and not least how can i make the unit attack and keep attacking while he moves.

    Hi. Is me again. Do any of you know how to set up the camera so that players start with the camera a little bit more far out than the usual. Also is it possible to set the range distance a little bit far out from the usual. I have tall buildings and the view gets a little bit interrupted if i dont get the camera to play a little higher than usual. Thanks. Just in case i have the latest Star Craft editor, some things have change.

    posted a message on Identifying errors showing up in messages window

    Ive been having this errors since the beginning. Errors that i didnt noticed were there until later (on the messages windows). This errors then appear when you text the map in a container with red color in the letters. Now, is there a way to identify which doodads are creating this errors, they say space doodads but i have so many. How can i identify them one by one so i can remove this errors. Thanks.

    Well I resolved the issue about not beign able to use the weapons on other map im using. So no problem but relating this threat, i havent been able to establish pick up container priority. I dont want certain slots to be priority when picking up the items. I want certain containers to be priority. This is where we are probably confused. Is the container the problem not the slot. I dont want the storage container to be recieving the first line of items as soon as you purchase them if you have open slots on the Weapons and Armor slots available. I want the storage container to recieve the items if the prioritized container is full. I know i can do this if i place the containers in certain order in the data. But i dont want to change the order. Thats the issue.
