Ok, so I finally figure it out how to add more roads and I was really happy about it until I close the editor and open it up again. I found out that my main road (Korhal) had been replaced by Mar Sara and Tarsonis road? How do I switch it back to my default road (Korhal)? This really messes up my project. :(
Actually this is very possible. I did it for my last WTE Terrain Exercise (#21) submission.
Located in the Data Editor, go to "Terrain Texture Sets". Select your current texture set that you are on. Then in Hard Tiles selection, it will bring up a list. It will probably say Mar Sara Road, or something similar. Now in the white area, right click and then select, Add Value. You can now choose to add another hard tile (road).
If you guys know how to add more texture sets, cliffs, and road from another map please let me know! Also some custom doodads that will fit to be place in a small town or jungle scene.
Personally I feel like such a small town wouldn't have such nice pavement roads, especially if they aren't connected to anything else. Maybe some sort of dirt/gravel path would look more suitable.
Its the only available and poor looking road map available on Agria(Jungle). There is also the hots road which look too futuristic to add in such a small town map.
I'm running out of ideas since my resources are limited such as the maximum TILE SETS and CLIFFS. I would really appericiate it if someone can show me how to add more TILE SETS along with CLIFFS. It will really help me a lot in completing my map. I dont plan to do anything crazy with it just. simple yet realistic looking survival/escape map.
Also if you know any custom doodad like town, house, bar, or some structure that can be found in small towns. Please feel free to message me!
Slowly decrease the height of the medievac till 0 with triggers to make this landing ingame. If u want it landed from the start of the game, u can set its height to 0 in data.
SC1 units, as in their models? Or importing their data and such for use? If you are referring to their models, I'm not sure, because SC1 didn't have models really, it was 2d sprites afaik.
For the question about SC1, Arcane is correct. You cannot view them in the Galaxy Editor because they aren't models. Every frame of unit animation is a separate image, and those images are joined together like a cartoon or film reel. Think of them as animated .gifs.
Now for Mass Recall and other SC2 campaigns, as long as you can access the model within the mod, yes you can view it in the editor.

I tried this but all my road got converted to my new road? any ideas why and how I can convert it back to my original road?
