this is the model from the warcraft 3 mod project revolution.
unfortunately the texture that came with it is quite horrible (given it was made for war3)
i've tried for a few days to touch it up but my artistic skill is lacking.
i guess something is wrong with the import/export plugin we currently have by nintox.
i recently ported a few units from warcraft 3 and only used diffuse/normal maps. suddenly i realised they were cloaking properly.
i went to my other custom units and removed the Specular Map. low and behold they started to cloak correctly.
this is only a temp fix and i know people will want to still use Specular Mapping. but until nintox fixes it this seems like the only solution i know of.
sadly i have another issue. im guessing it's a bug in the editor however.
P1 - Control Group 0
Events
UI - Player 1 presses 0 (Key) key Down with shift Allow, control Require, alt Allow
Local Variables
Units = (Empty unit group) <Unit Group>
Conditions
(Mechanics game value) == Hardcore
Actions
Variable - Set Units = (Selected units for player 1)
General - While (Conditions) are true, do (Actions)
Conditions
(Number of Living units in Units) > 12
Actions
Unit Group - Remove (Unit (Number of Living units in Units) from Units) from Units
Unit Selection - Clear control group 10 for player 1
Unit Selection - Add Units to control group 10 for player 1
this is my trigger for control group 0.
you cannot set the value field for control group to 0. it defaults back to 1.
value of 10 crashes the game
using a variable set to 0 and using that variable doesn't work either.
im guessing this is just a bug i'll have to report unless someone has any more insight?

i had considered the way progammer had suggested but it seemed... dodgy?
i guess i'm forced into it.
you cannot use imported files in a mod through a map. these files need to be imported into the map if you want to use them
blizzard have said they are trying to fix this.

all i can really give you is the current texture which doesn't fit into sc2 at all =\ and very small screenshots of the reaver in sc1.

do mods support assets yet? this is the only thing holding me back. anything i import doesn't show up in a map using the mod.

it's a flag. probably in the Damage Effect
No Absorb Shield is what your looking for i think.

all the AI is done in galaxy script in the triggerlibs folder you have to MPQ extract this from the games MPQ files.
it's pretty straight forward. simple scripting language. but it's a hell of alot of work. i started doing it for my sc1 map but gave up.
