posted a message on Sublime Text plugin

Thanks for this plugin! It's awesome.

I can't get the linter to work though. Is there anything special I'm supposed to do to enable it? Linter works for other languages, just not galaxy

posted a message on Critical Strike Passive Ability

I read that there was an update with the data editor so that a passive critical strike ability was possible without using triggers.

Could anyone point me in the right direction? I'm looking to make a passive ability with 10ish levels that just has a chance to do critical damage each attack (basically critical strike from WC3).

    Thanks in advance!

posted a message on Modifying Attributes via Triggers

So, I know the usual solution to this problem is to add a buff/behavior that adds each attribute X number of times, but I'm wondering...how can I get the current attributes of the unit via triggers? I want to be able to multiply the unit's attributes by 2, but I can't multiply it without knowing the current attribute count.

    Any ideas? Thanks!

PS: I just have strength, agility, and intelligence.

posted a message on why wont this trigger work?

You should try attaching a search area effect/behavior to the unit, and have the hydra suicide whenever it comes into contact with something (much like a missile)

    These particle effects are sick!

Could anyone point me towards a tutorial of some sort on where to start with particle effects? Is it done through 3DS Max, or Galaxy Editor, or can you use both? Thanks!

posted a message on [3ds Max, Model] Getting a Regular Model Ready for SC2

Just watched the first tutorial. I used to use Milkshape 3D to model with War3, but obviously SC2 is much more complicated. I think it's time to learn 3DS Max :( / :) lolz.

Thanks for the tutorials! I'll definitely be watching the rest and working them through soon.
