    You can make portraits using the unit model, in the models tab. I haven't done too much with it, but it does work.

    Nope if you want an actor to do something depending on the leaderboard you will have to trigger it, you could... apply a behavior and remove it depending on the leaderboard, or just do something like.

    Actions:
    Show Leaderboard
    Set Variable = 1  (Put this wherever you have the leaderboard show action being executed)

    Hide Leaderboard
    set variable = 0

    Then just do something like

    if
    Variable = 1
    Than
    Send actor message to unit blah blah blah, or add a behavior here if you would rather do it in data than you can use behavior on and off.

    Its not ideal, and you wont learn so I dont recommend it, but if you wanted to you could just export the spectre textures,do your edits, and then import them under the same name to the Assets/Textures/ folder to hard retexture all models that use that texture. Texture Select ID is if you only want 1 or 2 actor types out of several to have the new texture.

    I was chating to a dev several months ago and from the way he was talking it sounded like they have 3 teams, an RTS team, An MMO team, and a Diablo team. If this is how it works, then the RTS team has shifted focus to Blizzard All-stars. Meaning even if they hire for All-stars they are also hiring for SC2, and Warcraft RTS(if one is made)

    Sc2 and LoL is non comparitive however, Dota on WC3 is Better, much much better, though Sotis blows lol.

    A few things that the other guys answer does not question....

    So.

    1. Is this just for player 1 or do you want it for everyone?

    2. Do you want this to be every 100 kills or just after the first 100 kills

    3. Are you wanting this 100 kills to be incremental or not?

    His answer works if its ONLY for player 1, and only after the initial 100 kills, and ONLY 100 kills the amount of kills needed never changing.

    Maps can be up to 20 mbs in size, Mods can be unlimited. just wanted to clear that up. 157 is max, for anyone looking for an exact number, and remember you can use a single mod for maps across multiple accounts.

    and gradius, though we have our differences, Congrats on being featured thats quite a feat :)

    Okay sorry I didnt so it when I first woke up, I was busy, Okay so heres the deal.

    3 of the sounds are working, But the other ones are done through the Actor(missile type k5 kerrigan) events field.

    So I suggest ignore the events because they are done through some kind of "soundrank" status which I believe is accessed through the banks somehow. so I dunno.

    Just manually set the sounds in the "sounds +" field on the actor.

    K5 Kerrigan is strange very very strange, Go to the Hero Levels tab, and check in there,(its under campaign)

    To be fair I think the same thing of SCU, :P (Custom Models aside, those do take a while to make). But game play, visually, etc its all pretty basic. but I know if I tried to do it, I would be proven wrong. You have to remember the difference between these projects and projects now is they had to work through problems without any help and create the solutions that a lot of us use today(though I wish there were more tutorials haha). T

    Thats just my best guess.

    Yes mapping is pretty much a lame horse at this point. But it could still get better. but it most likely at this point wont.
