     Can't really say anything about that. An .obj file is just a dumb mesh, nothings that can really go wrong if you ask me. Anyways, good to see you've been able to make something work.
     not sure either.. but something had to be wrong for it to fail twice in a row, ending as a blank mesh each time, after i've done everything

    although i wonder if there would be any purifier zeratul o3o he hasn't been scanned like other purifiers

     

    btw, i don't know if something is cursed in those purifier meshes you sent me, but i again lost all of my work when stupid blender saved as blank file.. finally i managed to 'fix' it by shifting to warcraft 3 tools.. so.. war3 superior? One back-conversion to obj, and now my purifier finally has a head that isn't a blank file

      it goes nice, but i had a bit of 'fallout' when i by mistake replaced a model i previously have made (yes the purifier base) with the model of immortal parts <_<
     
    so yeah i have to make that again soon-ish

    well.. ya know which is the one other modding site that i'm sure about being good? besides hive workshop.. Nexus mods.  they'll mod every game they can.. and they'll pretty much have any game's sub-site, as far as mod downloads/assets/tools are concerned

     

    maybe that's a better alternative?

    by the way, could you send me a high templar, immortal, and some purifier unit meshes in obj format, with their diffuse textures? over discord would be the easiest, so i can go and tinker with them if the export process doesn't mangle them like ti sometimes does.. not sure why o3o

    Yeah I also love creating transformations. I feel it can widen a units playing field. I must however conatrain myself from giving transformations to everything XD

     well.. if everything uses default ingame animations from something, then working on just one or two anims max is fun XD
