Well, not that better, since MouseX/Y/Z is not a good function at all.. (not for multiplayer).
I did a map with a demo inside it, it periodic update variables to the mouse X/Y/Z for each player, ALWAYS use the variable... Well, look at the map and click on test and just move the mouse around.
I loaded your map with 33 sec, I see no problem here to be honest...
The only thing I noticed is a little fps drop in some region, but it really doesn't matter since I'm above 60 fps constantly, also it's probably because of the trigger error thing.
So, go ahead :) e continue your project, Starcraft needs more guys like you, who create ambitious projects.

Also, here is the solution in data, there's a behavior that increase movement speed in multiplier (2x), just negative it.

Probably because of the Starcraft engine itself, but I didn't know it was exactly from WoW, let's say I'm a little outdated :P
