    How can i remove those ugly splat models created under the Warcraft 3 buildings? I'm searching for the event creating them but so far i couldn't find solution. Also someone knows what event/place commands the training animation?

    Maybe Sc2mapster community could talk with TotalBiscuit to put the bi-weekly test to the next lvl: Totalbiscuit would do a test match on the current bi-weekly test map(s) and popularize it by this way.

    Thank you very much! Also a remainder: The host who create the game can choose between Classic and Modern gameplay mode. Classic is like the original game: selection limit, no building queue, no rally point etc. Modern gameplay mode is like sc2: unlimited selection, 5 building queue, rally point, some spell is autocastable and increased supply/farm.

    My first rts games were Warcraft2 and Red Alert 2. I loved both of them and still find them my favorites. I remember how i felt like a cruel Orc Death Knight warchief playing Warcraft 2 and killing even the critters as a "sacrifice to the dark gods of orcs for fortune" :D I didn't even know Warcraft 3 existed already at that time. But i got it a bit later. My first experience with Starcraft came around the time Sc2 was already in development. I got Starcraft 2 on release day.

    Thank you very much. My first rts was also Warcraft 2 and its my personal favorite still. You can try modern gameplay mode wit him, its closer to the Sc2 style with unlimited selection, building queue, rally point, few autocastable abilities and increased supply/farm. He may find it easier to get into Wc2 with it. Host can select between them when he create a game.

    Anyway today I added the Gryphon Rider and Dragon to the game so now you can enjoy the full tech-tree of Warcraft 2 :D

    A quick update (if anyone read it at all):

    -Added Submarine/Giant Turtle to the shipyard

    - Corrected the cost of the following buildings: Scout/Watch Tower, Guard Tower, Cannon Tower

    - Corrected the cost of Ogre Magi/Paladin upgrade

    - Ships's are more seperated, less likely form a deathball

    I would like some activity and feedback around my project's maps: Coa-Wc1 Black Morass (2-4 players) and Coa-Wc2 Fierce Ocean Combat. (2-8 players), about my project:moddb page .     New map and New patches are up:

    Wc1:

    Balance changes:

    -Increased Catapults fire period from 4 to 6

    -Increased time of lumber harvest

    Modern Gameplay mode changes:

    -Added autocast for the following abilities: Heal, Raise Dead, Minor Summonings

    -Increased the supply provided by Farms by 6.

    Cosmetic:

    -Added new Archer model and fixed attack missile.

    -Added art for the Water Elemental's attack

    Wc2:

    New Map: Fierce Ocean Combat:

    -Excelent for naval combats. Islands with no connection to each other.

    Balance changes:

    -Increased catapult and Ballista fire period from 4 to 6

    -Increased Juggernaut and Battleship fire period to 6

    -Increased Destroyers fire period to 4

    -Increased Cannon Towers fire period to 4

    -Increased time of lumber harvest

    Modern Gameplay mode changes:

    -Added autocast for the following abilities: Heal, Bloodlust, Raise Dead, Slow

    -Increased the supply provided by Farms and Town Hall by 6.

    @Hockleberry: Go Yeah i'm on hive too, indeed there are a bit more activity there. Thou hive people are more interested in warcraft 2 modding than sc2 projects.

    Personally i see only those few lucky people getting attention that are somehow tied together and always help each other out. The rest is mainly ignored. I don't know how it works. For example I have my project for a while. It started out quiet ambitious now I reduced it only to consist of Warcraft 1 and Warcraft 2 remake. I asked for support many times and rarely i had decent team/help. Also the topic i created is almost a wasteland. I'm kinda sad because I planned it to be a cool, nice looking, full remake like WAA is achieving now with Warcraft 3. I just updated the topic with the teaser of the new map two hour ago, guess won't be any respond again...

    Would you rather explore the oceans too? Then prepare for our next Wc2 map land-dwellers. It will be a Fierce Ocean Combat! This original Wc2 map is all about naval combat as every player start on one of the eight islands. There is no other way to conquer your foes than sailing your almighty armada and hoping your transport ships land safely.

    With the next map we will add bug fixes and improvements too.

    Prepare your warm clothes, next map and version is coming soon!
