After uploading maps probably hundreds of times over the years, today my uploads fail with the error, "Publishing is not enabled". I tried uploading older maps that worked in the past, and get the same error, so it appears tied to my account somehow. Nothing to my knowledge has changed with my account. I log off, log back on, reboot my computer, all the basic stuff, and no luck. Couldn't find anything by googling the error.
Anyone else experience this or know anything about it? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
