Just tested mission2 and difficulty is too brutal in my opinion. Attack waves are just too strong and sent too often. I had patience to play for 30 minutes but after that I quit because everything I'm was able to do was defend my base. I had no change to attack or even explore map. Mission1 was much more fun than Mission2. If you make more difficulty options later this difficulty is good for "Brutal" setting. So just make map easier or let player choose difficulty.

I think in the second mission, the other two Dominion bases start attacking you too soon, you have nowhere near enough time to finish off the first base before they start attacking, and once they do start attacking, it becomes really hard to spare troops to go on the offensive because you're being hit from both sides very often. Other than that, I think the level design was great. Loved the multiple paths thing

I hope you make more missions for your campaign. You have a good start.
