This problem has been fixed
Currently the wiki links to this http://forums.sc2mapster.com/ and there you just get a list of last updated articles. I think it should link to this instead. http://wiki.sc2mapster.com/main-page/
They are aware of this error and if you read one of the locked links at the top of the wiki forum there is a link to the correct page.
