You need to add the morph start and morph finish events to the first actor (tower 1) and the morph finish event to the second actor (tower 2)
There is a guide on the forums here somewhere ;P

Making the model change is very hard cuz the origin unit must have morph anim, if not, when u upgrade/tranform, unit become a blank area.
Only one complaint... Is it possible that someone could type these instructions out or post screen captures of the process that are readable? This video on livestream is quite blurry and difficult to hear. I had originally requested a tutorial like this and i'm very grateful for it, and i think that it would be easier for others to follow in this format.
Does the morphing work if you make the morph animation into the protoss warp animation? I want to morph a protoss building into another protoss building. Would the warp animation work?
suppose your original unit has level veterancy and attributes, based off any standard hero leveling guide, how can you transfer the original attributes to the next unit if your upgraded unit has a different veterancy? I know this works if both have the same veterancy, but if i wanted them to level up at different rates and increase the attributes differently there has to be another way.

This is a video tutorial I made showing how you guys can make a marine upgrade into a ghost via an ability on the marine. This same ability can be used to upgrade buildings into other buildings or even upgrading a building into a unit. http://www.livestream.com/zeroame/video?clipId=flv_daddf89c-6a0b-4244-878f-dcf6087184fe
If anyone knows how to make the model change with the upgrade please let me know so I can update the tutorial.
