allright so i am trying to give a modified terranmarine unit a less powerful ranged weapon ( rougly based onthe gauss pistol that the reapers use) and a more powerful close combat weapon every time i do this he only uses the ranged weapon even when i set a minimum range
Are you sure he is using the Gauss Rifle, or does it just look like that? Remember, it will play the same animation for every weapon. I recommend making a special effect for the ranged weapon, just so you can tell the difference.
ya a Marine with a Claw attack will still point his gun when he attacks because thats the Models Attack animation. Its practically impossible to make the Marine say, swing a knife instead because those animations just dont exist.
